In March 2019, China's total sales of excavators in 25 OEMs included in the statistics reached 44, 278 units, up 15.7% from the same period of last year, breaking the sales record of 44,150 units in a single month in 2011. In the first quarter of this year, the cumulative sales of excavators reached 74,779 units, an increase of 24.5% YoY. This figure is second only to that of 2011. The annual sales of excavators are expected to refresh the record again if this trend goes on.
